Mr. Paul Vodden is Vice President Finance of MicroPort CRM and a member of ICC. Following the asset purchase of LivaNova's CRM Business in May, 2018, he serves as Vice President Finance of MicroPort CRM.

Mr. Vodden joined Sorin in 2011 as Vice President Finance, where he had responsibility for CRM and, since 2016, also regional responsibility for both Europe and Japan. From 2003 to 2011, he worked with Boston Scientific in various European finance leadership roles. Before then, He worked with Hewlett Packard until 2003, in the UK and then in France, in several different roles, most latterly as the financial controller for the Business Desktop Division. Mr. Vodden started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW.

Mr. Vodden studied Economics and Accounting at the University of Southampton.
